I'm Parris Lane, an Emmy-nominated actress and singer. I’m excited to personally invite you and your community to The Abella Listening Room Experience, a live-streaming exclusive event from San Francisco every Sunday in February from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM PST.
This groundbreaking audio-musical brings to life the journey of Abellamae, a young enslaved girl whose extraordinary gift of song becomes her strength and path to freedom. The narrative is enriched by 26 beautifully arranged Negro Spirituals that I’ve had the honor of performing and arranging. Four of these songs have received Grammy consideration in categories including Best Gospel and Best Global Music Performance.
