Community Updates
We would love to invite you all to our upcoming events for the Umoja Health Access Point.
What is Umoja HAP?
The Umoja Health Access Point (Umoja HAP) is San Francisco’s first one-stop harm prevention and community health and wellness hub for Black communities. Created by the people for the people, the center provides holistic health services, education, and culturally-appropriate care to ensure that every person receives the support they need to thrive. Umoja HAP provides comprehensive behavioral and sexual health services to San Francisco’s Black communities, along with access to fresh food, testing, counseling, overdose prevention, and support groups.
Umoja Health Access Point is the result of Rafiki Coalition’s partnership with 3rd St Youth Clinic, SF AIDS Foundation, PRC, Glide and UCSF Alliance Health project.
